Columbus New Skills Ready Network Project Management 

(2021 – 2025)

Scale Strategic Solutions orchestrated a consortium among Columbus City Schools, Columbus State Community College, The Ohio State University, One Columbus, and two state education agencies to deliver a grant-funded overhaul of regional career pathways. The engagement stood up an Emerging Talent Manager role at One Columbus, institutionalized cross-campus alignment meetings and curriculum articulation processes, modernized data systems at Columbus City Schools and Ohio State, expanded pathway options at all three education providers, and launched a transfer enhancement initiative that now streamlines student movement across the network.

Noncredit & Credit Alignment Lab 

(2022 – 2023)

Scale Strategic Solutions coached three trailblazing community colleges, North Shore (MA), San Diego Community College District, and Northwest Arkansas, to knit noncredit workforce training seamlessly into credit-bearing program pathway. Working inside a national community of practice, we paired deep pathway analytics with faculty and administration design sprints, wove in student voice through interviews and focus groups, and staged process improvement reviews that baked sustainability into every action plan. Two of the colleges earned spotlight recognition from the Association of Community College Trustees for their results, and all three now run clearer pathways that advance economic mobility for learners. 

University of Cincinnati
CPS Strong Strategic Enrollment Plan 

(2022 – 2023)

Scale Strategic Solutions helped craft the playbook that now anchors the pipeline from Cincinnati Public Schools to the University of Cincinnati. We opened with a current-state scan. We mined university and district data, fielded staff and faculty surveys, hosted student focus groups, and captured Community Café dialogues via live graphic recording. Armed with these insights, mixed working groups from UC and CPS co-designed a strategic plan that hard wires access and support into every link of the chain: recruitment, persistence, retention, and degree completion. The resulting roadmap with metrics, timelines, and ownership lines now guides the CPS Strong initiative as it moves former CPS students smoothly through Bearcat country and across the commencement stage.
