DEI Strategic Plan 

(2020 – 2021)

Scale Strategic Solutions led a ground-up DEI transformation for the governing body that oversees Galveston’s beaches, coastal-zone management, and tourism promotion. Our team combined a current state diagnostic with future state visioning, tapping interviews, staff and community member surveys, and four sub-committee workshops. Committees involved Park Board staff, Visit Galveston, and community partners. The resulting roadmap introduced key indicators and an actionable scorecard, spawning immediate wins such as enhanced beach access features for people with disabilities.

Small-Business Enterprise Study 

(2024 – 2026)

Supporting BBC’s qualitative engine, Scale Strategic Solutions captured the entrepreneurial experience of small businesses working in transportation consulting and construction. We recruited and facilitated five focus groups with small-business owners, then distilled their stories of bottlenecks and bright spots to inform Ohio Department of Transportation’s SBE program.
